Demi Lovato performs on Today Show + MTV special airs tonight!

Demi Lovato perfomred her latest single "Give Your Heart A Break" this morning on the Today Show to prmoote her new MTV special Stay Strong, airing tonight.

Demi Lovato's Stay Strong documentary trailer

Earlier this week Demi Lovato took to twitter to announce her special project she was working on with MTV, tweeting, "Lovatics-I wanted to tell you FIRST about a special I worked on with @MTV. It premieres March 6th at 10pm!! #staystrong," along with this picture of her Stay Strong tattoos (right).

MTV has now began airing a trailer for a brand new documentary titled Stay Strong, where Demi tells all about her personally life, feelings and her career. You can catch the documentary on March 6 on MTV.
